We are growing and are recruiting two client relationship managers to cover the UK and France to be based out of London and Paris respectively.

Client Relationship Manager

This ipan Group client relationship manager maintains sole responsibility and accountability for protecting and growing their assigned accounts and identifying new business opportunities in their assigned region. The client relationship manager represents ipan Group and its extensive IP services and software capabilities, to build relationships, assure revenue protection, identify and transition leads for new and expanded business, and ensuring customer voice is represented in the company.

 

Essential Duties:

  • As the single point of contact, responsibility, and accountability for assigned accounts provide day-to-day support by handling customer inquiries and issues, coordinating order entry and fulfilment process, and proactively communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction. Request assistance with the application of company-wide resources when necessary
  • Identify and transition opportunities for new or expanded business based on explicit needs in assigned accounts to sales support team, and partner with sales support team to engage, pursue, and win new business with existing customers and prospects
  • Establish and manage day-to-day relationships with applicable levels of assigned accounts when possible, including the focus of receptivity, dissatisfaction, and power when applicable
  • Develop and execute tactical plans to assure protection and growth of assigned accounts
  • Document all relevant customer information, voice of customer, and tactical plans in CRM software, present customer, voice and plan reviews as required to leadership and other internal stakeholders, and track and communicate progress of customer requests and concerns
  • Identify problems/implications in assigned/relevant areas of assigned accounts and develop the resulting implied needs into explicit needs
  • Assure protection of existing revenue by planning and closing the renewal of expiring or out-dated contracts
  • Serve assigned accounts as the initial point of contact and reference for the entire portfolio, providing general consultation, information, presentations, and conducting meetings as required, identifying requirements to bring in other SMEs, and ensuring customer receives appropriate communications on new, enhanced, or sun setting products/services
  • May include travel
  • Candidates must have fluency in English, additional languages are an advantage

 

Education/Experience:

  • Degree in a related field of study and typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Basic IP knowledge or/and experience from working with law firms etc. would an advantage
  • A knowledge of software and/or technology would be an advantage

 

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Makes use of and applies job practices, techniques, standards, principles, and concepts
  • Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Refers to policies, procedures, and practices for guidance
  • Works under general supervision. Products are reviewed for sound judgment and overall adequacy and accuracy
  • Contributes to the completion of organizational projects and goals
  • Interacts primarily with internal personnel and external customers. Represents the organization on specific projects
