Office Manager

What we expect from you:

  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the office as the main point of contact in the reception area;
  • ProvidE full office support to the local team;
  • Identify and fulfill office supply needs, maintain and manage vendors, and coordinate food delivery as needed;
  • Sett up appointments, conferences and managing meeting rooms;
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations;
  • Provide general support to visitors;
  • Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events;
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities;
  • Correspondence with business partners and service providers;
  • Coordinate dedicated projects and report to management.

Our ideal match:

  • 2 + years in proven experience as an office manager or similar role;
  • University degree;
  • Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks;
  • Strong organizational and planning skills;
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work;
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements;
  • Strong communication skills with ability to adjust to different communication styles;
  • Proficient in MS Office;
  • Fluency in English written and spoken is a must;
  • Additional languages (French or German) will be consider a plus.
