PR Manager

As a PR Manager you will be an integral part of the execution of a world class PR programme to support and lead a global organisation, working for the world’s leading Intellectual Property (IP) Management and Technology company.

 

We would expect from you to:

  • Provide PR and communications advice and best practice to the four regions (North America, EMEA, APAC, ANZ) and product teams working closely with VP, Global Industry & Corporate Affairs;
  • Assist in the creation of corporate, product, and solution press releases with agency support;
  • Support social media for corporate LinkedIn and Twitter accounts; assessing and creating the most powerful news and assets to support company positioning;
  • Coordinate Industry Analyst briefings/reports;
  • Coordinate and position Awards entry submissions;
  • PR support at flagship events;
  • Assist in the gathering and presentation of data for monthly and quarterly PR reporting;
  • General project support to PR and Industry Relations.

  • A keen interest in PR and communications;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Good Microsoft office experience – specifically PowerPoint;
  • Excellent level of written and oral English;
  • Deadline oriented;
  • Design skills to ensure our releases and post look polished and professional;
  • Comfortable with multitasking as the role will involve working on multiple tasks at the same time and juggling priorities;
  • A ‘can do’ attitude with a willingness to jump in and support the team when needed;
  • Ideally technology or software background; or experience in transformation;
  • Able to travel to events to provide on the ground support.
